Collecting and Using Personal Information

Information Obtained Through Cookies

In addition to Cookies, the Stories that Celebrate app can track user access through unique access tokens and device identifications generated by the service. These device ids can not be used to identify your device in any other contexts. This tracking only applies within the app and is only used to facilitate the proper presentation of content and the user experience. These tokens and IDs are not used for other marketing purposes.

More Information

Stories that Celebrate may collect information about how you interact with the Service through statistical tools such as Google Analytics. To collect this information, codes will be placed on the Service that will allow us to know, among other things what content was accessed, and the browser and device used. This information will be processed and updated whenever you interact with the Service.

Use and Sharing of Information Collected

Stories that Celebrate does not sell, lease or commercially exploit the collected personal information. The collected personal information is not shared with third parties or used by third parties other than for the purposes for which it was collected as described in this policy unless the law requires or authorizes it or appropriate consent has been obtained, as the case may be.

For clarity, anonymized information used on an aggregate basis is not personal information and may not, and will not be, used to re-identify you or another person.

Security Measures

Stories that Celebrate implements security measures based on what may reasonably be necessary to protect the security and confidentiality of personal information. In this regard, Stories that Celebrate has implemented the following measures:

EVEN IF Stories that Celebrate USES TECHNOLOGIES THAT ARE MARKETABLE QUALITY TO OPERATE THE APPLICATION AND ITS SERVERS - AS WELL AS ANY TYPE OF FILE - THEY ARE NOT FOOLPROOF AND FULLY PROTECTED AGAINST UNPREDICTABLE EVENTS OR FORCE MAJEURE, CYBERATTACKS OR UNAUTHORIZED USES AND ACCESS, AND YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT THERE IS A RISK ASSOCIATED WITH ELECTRONIC DATA TRANSMISSION. THIS RISK IS INHERENT IN ALL ELECTRONIC OPERATIONS AS WELL AS ALL OTHER FORMS OF COMMUNICATION. THEREFORE, Stories that Celebrate CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE INTERCEPTED, ACCESSED OR COMPROMISED IN OTHER INCIDENTS. Storage of Personal Information

Subject to applicable laws, Stories that Celebrate retains and stores personal information for use and disclosure in accordance with this privacy policy as long as it is necessary to do so for the purposes described here. To this end, Stories that Celebrate may retain personal information once a specific purpose has been fulfilled if reasonably necessary to do so: (i) to comply with applicable laws or to avoid any infringement; (ii) to resolve disputes; and (iii) to enforce this privacy policy. Once they are no longer needed, the information will be deleted.

In addition, an updated version of this privacy policy will be published each time a minor change is made. It is possible to determine whether this privacy policy has been changed by verifying the effective date in this policy.
